Amanda Brook – Principal
Throughout her career Amanda has built a track record of successful senior leadership in both large and small companies and gained industry experience across retail, wholesale, manufacturing and digital media sectors.
Amanda has held CEO and/or senior marketing and product leadership roles at Myer Grace Bros, Officeworks, Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, Sensis, Telstra and the Wellcom Group. She has been responsible for the launch of the Officeworks Superstores retail brand, the national roll-out of the Priceline Pharmacy franchise network and the creation of the new Mobile Advertising business division at Sensis. She has an established track record in start-up and high growth businesses and is passionate about aligning teams to deliver differentiated market propositions.
Amanda is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and a member and past Chair of the Monash University Marketing Advisory Board. She is also director of Abbeys Auctions, a leading Melbourne business specialising in the logistics, storage and auction of household goods.
Hugh Farrelly – Director
Hugh’s career includes retail leadership roles in both the United Kingdom and Australia, working with well known brands such as B&Q, Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, Soul Pattinsons, Pharmacists’s Advice, House, Price Attack, Annaconda and Spotlight. His responsibilities have encompassed all aspects of store operations including store management, store design, construction, training and recruitment, loss prevention and security, managing teams of up to 5000 people in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Hugh has experienced first-hand, the challenges of growth in a variety of different retail business models, private and public, small and large, company-owned and franchise and has an excellent understanding of what it takes to get the best from teams during periods of business change.
Hugh is also Managing Director of Abbeys Auctions and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
